- There was a mildly successful yard sale
- Nimrod caught Jessica cheating on him
- Then he had a birthday the same day
- Later, they got divorced
Well, Nimrod didn't have many body skills to begin with
Connor seemed to be doing okay, despite the circumstances
Stuck at home, Nimrod invited over his new love interest, Aiko, the townie!
I should've downloaded some casts for visuals, but whatever XD

Then he got electrocuted. Great.
And then Nimrod also got electrocuted. Great.
And then Aiko went into labor!
Seems like she enjoyed giving birth XD
Welcome Neville Favreau (who ended up with a surprisingly french name lol)
The boys were excited for the baby!
And he got a little corner in his parents' bedroom for now
He has his mother's coloring
And that's it for now! The tax was 4700 simoleons. And Nimrod donated the ROS issued amount to the services.

- I'm so glad that Aiko moved in! And I'm so glad about the baby!
- Not sure what to do with Connor and his phase... it doesn't really suit him lol
- I'm thinking about giving the Sunshine Pool to Aiko as a business, because Velma can't really tend it anymore, since she's a vampire, and Aiko loves swimming and is a businessperson
