Round 3 - Summary

The residents:


Masterson:
Piper and Wilbur moved to a bigger and better house, but it's still orange
Piper gave birth to an incredibly cute boy, Emmett
And opened her first business, which is a gym. Unfortunately, it wasn't so successful (I hope, I can fix it next round)


Danielson:
Davey got a demotion, but this was only temporary since he got promoted next day
Natalie started Griffinmere's first salon the Gel & Hairspray and gave several bad makeovers to the poor customers
She also had several dates with different male sims, but nothing serious
Little Leann grew up well and is adorable
In the end of the round, Davey's love interest, Abigail moved in


Woods:
Jared had to write a novel due to ROS. It became a book about nature
Brett and Artemis was ridiculously cute
Brittany gave birth to another baby boy, Tristan, who inherited his father's pointy ears
And the Fresh Food Mini Market was doing great


Sergeant:
Emily and Leonard had a few arguments, but they were reconciled soon
Finley, the little boy was so adorable, and he grew up well
Finally the arcade made enough money, so Leonard could pay back his loan, and now their financial status is stable
In the end of the round they adopted a cat, Vlad


Banks:
Gaston was busy working in the Book Nook, and Cornelia took care of the kids
Rachel and Gerald were so entertaining and friendly with each other
They started a small garden due to ROS, and Cornelia got a membership to the Garden Club
Finally, they earned enough money to expand their house a bit, and the new baby, Aubrey got a proper nursery


Kinsley:
Nemo, the new teacher arrived to Griffinmere, and he didn't have to pay taxes this round
The first school day was a bit chaotic, but the kids loved to meet other kids and do stuff that wasn't studying
He went on dates with a townie, Marly, and a garden club girl, Alyssa, but he haven't decided between them yet (but I did :P)
And he adopted a cute doggy, the elderly Aretha

Griffinmere!

I changed the sky again to a less greyish one. It's so hard to choose between them, because all of these are so pretty! I think I'll keep changing them :D





The commercial area, with the newly opened businesses, the Power Gym and the Gel & Hairspray. Also the Mastersons moved close to this part, you can see their house at the end of the street



The Birch Park and the Gel & Hairspray again



The new school building and the Town Hall in the distance. The plumbbob belongs to the Kingsley house

- I will add new events to my ROS file for more diversity. I think I will get some ideas from simflake's ROS file, just add odds to them :)
- I really want to build a playground or more parks! No one can stop me!!!

Charts!! :o I love charts! And I've finally caught up. The kids are all so cute--I'm looking forward to seeing them grow up! And it's neat to see the town developing too. Always love the family portraits, and the matching shoes in the Woods family are too cute. :)

Ooooooh I love the family portraits :D I haven't been following your posts apart from the first few, so I went and compared the "meet the settlers" one with this one; and it is so cool to see how they progress and change and become characters :3
Also the charts are pretty! And your little town is looking great!
And the skies are totally meant to use in variation :D The sky is more fickle than the weather, after all, and a constantly changing painting!
Looking forward to the next round :)

I really love to see the changes, that new businesses and houses pop up in every rotation. I'm also thinking about putting down some more neighborhood decos sooner or later (maybe a harbor or something, and more walkway paths) :)
