Round 12 Summary

We're here again, another season passed in Griffinmere, marking the end of the third year!

The Residents:


Masterson:
Finally the Bank of Griffinmere was opened, bringing a lot of benefits
The other businesses were doing fine as well
There was a double birthday, Sandra became a child, and Levi a teen
Emmett updated his appearance to match his age better
The kittens grew up, and Candy is my favorite


Blondie:
Isaac started woodworking as a hobby
Lyndsey became an outgoing child, and made some friends
There were some gracious ballet dancers at the Center Stage
Ava continued her witchiness, but will probably cured next round


Kinsley-Danielson:
The family visited the playground, where they had a pleasant day (until Mr Evil Warlock appeared)
Missy started dating Douglas Masterson, but they weren't all over each other. Later she became an adult
Four new kittens were born, and most of them got sold to neighbors
Sherwood became a cool kidlet
Evander gave birth to a baby girl, Phoebe
Jude enjoyed fishing, and tending the Fisherman's Hut business
(I totally forgot about this picture lol)


Danielson:
Shawn caused a fire, again
He continued dating Megan, and she moved in later
The Fire Station was doing well, by the way, and Shawn finally learned how to make hydrobots
He and Megan are now expecting a child, and they'll move to a new house next round


Danielson-Favreau:
The round started with a family games night (which was more like a games day)
Tiffany became a stunning teenager, and got interested in Allen Cinderford
There were a lot of failed makeovers at the Gel & Hairspray, but the customers gave tips anyway
I didn't forget to visit the Mini Café this time, but it wasn't doing that great
Goldie continued to be the best girl


Danielson-Novak:
The family acquired a cat, Munchkin
Rio died in unfortunate circumstances (which means I have no idea why)
Payton gave birth to another boy, Jonathan, who turned to a super cute toddler
Gresham also grew up, to a child, and fortunately, he sleeps very well
The Art Studio was doing great


Novak:
The house got a little expansion, so now all the kids have their own rooms
Velma took over the Sunshine Pool, and it was doing fine
Addison became a child, and Newt a cool teen
Frida went on several dates, but nothing serious
In the end of the round, Velma became an elderly woman


Young:
Evelyn gave birth to a baby boy, Callahan
Frida made some turmoil at the Purple Lanes, but otherwise the visitors enjoyed bowling
Cameron started a little garden
Callahan became a cute toddler
Evelyn is expecting again, and she got some new clothes as well


Woods:
The round was full of birthdays: Willow and Logan became children, and April a teen
April went on a date with Newt Novak, but it wasn't a huge success
Both the Green Plumbbob Diner and the ElectroMart were doing moderately well
Hope got a makeover, so now she's uniform to the vans custom
Tristan started supplying the Fire Station with Hydrobots


Woods II:
Kirsten grew up to a child
Leann got a makeover, and a dog, to fill the Smiley-shaped hole, Bobby
Bobby demanded all the belly rubs
Angelina was a meanie, giving a lot of punches and noogies
Kirsten started a lemonade business
The Science Center didn't level up to my dismay


Woods-Thyme:
Christine moved to the one and only apartment complex
She became interested in a townie, Justin Thyme, who moved in shortly
They acquired a magic lamp, so Justin could open his first business: Golf-Of-Course
They ate a lot of grilled cheeses


Fields:
Io's love interest Byron moved in, bringing not much money
They got married shortly
But they were still unlucky with the Clinic, which is still on Rank 0
On a happier note Io is expecting


Lumber:
Jack moved to a wonky roofed little house
He continued dating a townie, Zoey, and they got married later
Ranger's Supplies was doing great
But the newlyweds were unlucky in conceiving a child


Sergeant-Hawk:
The family got a new cat, Biscuit, but he wasn't very friendly with the other cats
Both Caleb and Cailin became elders, but their love (for grilled cheese) is still intact
Caleb got a new hobby: playing the piano
Fanny became a stunning adult, and meanwhile she had a fling with a townie, she's still independent


Hawk:
Freshly single, Ian headed out and found a new romance, in the form of Lily
Things then escalated quickly, as usual: Lily moved in, and they got engaged
The EcoStore was doing moderatly great
In the end, Lily got pregnant
And they also acquired a genie lamp


Hawk II:
Bethany moved to the one and only apartment complex, on her own
She quit her job, and started a business: Magazine Mania
Then she had an affair with friendly neighbor, Godric Saunders


Sergeant:
Errol started seeing Frida Novak
The businesses were doing well
Honey, the cat passed away :(
Vanessa, the townie moved in due to the ROS event (it was a weird thing, I admit)
Mina grew up to be a cute teen, and still looks a lot like Finley. She also had a date with Levi Masterson, but nothing serious happened
Vanessa, although, she had a serious date with Hector, the cute townie


Sergeant II:
Charlie's love interest, Helena, moved in
Later, they got married (to my surprise)
The Yoga Studio was doing fairly well in my opinion, but it didn't level up despite that
And now they're expecting a child


Sergeant-Springer:
Yvette moved to her own house
She continued her romance with townie Chad, and since they have 3 bolts, there was no time to waste, so he moved in
He opened a restaurant, the Say Cheese Pizzeria, which sells exactly one pizza
In the end, Yvette may or may not got pregnant


Cinderford:
Alice and Louis had a woohoo marathon, but no pregnancies happened (to my dismay)
Tracey became a toddler, then a child. She looks a lot like her brother, Allen
Speaking of Allen, he started making flower bouquets, and continued dating Tiffany Favreau
Kelly turned to a very supernatural teen, she got witchiness and lycantrophy too. But she decided she doesn't like the fur, so now she's only a witch
Louis became an elder, and was busy tending his photo studio


Saunders:
The family moved to a new house, where they finally have a room for Fredrick
Fred turned to a toddler, and looks like a clone of Godric. Later, he became a child
Mae and Godric got into a couple fights, but they banged it out of their system, later
Coco was suffering from the lack of attention. Although Fred tried to give him some


Banks:
Both Horace and Linette grew up a bit
Now Aubrey is in the charge of the school. It was chaotic, as usual
At least Marly's business, the Elephant Lady was doing well
Horace was mostly unsuccessful with girls


Banks II:
Diana became a teen, and became involved with Levi Masterson
Carla became an adult, and mastered fingergunning
Jett became a toddler, and was adorable (his tiny ears!)
Customers were weird, and started reading books at the Book Nook, instead of buying them
It took some time for Sierra to be successful in selling lemonade, but she did in the end


Favreau:
There was a yard sale, which was pretty successful
Jessica continued cheating on Nimrod, then he caught her
So it was a sad birthday for Nimrod
Jessica ended up moving out on her own, and continued her questionable relationship with Fynn, the rocker townie
At least things are looking better for Nimrod, who started dating a nice townie, Aiko


Hadaway:
Desiree was surprisingly calm, and she also got a makeover
Brooklyn grew up to a cool teen, but no one really wanted to have a sleepover with her
Robert opened a baby supply store: Nooboo World
And he became an elder, later


Goodie-Bakley:
Seth woke up to a weird condition one day - it turned out he became a vampire
Esme had her birthday, and she's now a teen
Seth was doomed to night shifts at the Hellfire, but it was doing pretty well
Raven gave birth to another daughter, Gwyneth
Esme started seeing Newt Novak


Kinsley:
The family had a picnic at the Birch Park
Lydia became a stunning adult, and started dating a townie, Lucio
Myra got engaged to Abel, who's not a townie anymore
He opened a business, the Oasis Spa. Sadly, no one wanted a massage
Walnut, the cat appeared a lot

Griffinmere!

There were a couple new businesses this round, but no major updates on the town, because we're saving up for a university!

Births: 4 (a surprisingly low number)

Chart 1: Population growth in the past 4 rotations
So I really thought we'll see the first babies of gen 4, but that didn't happen. Good news though, we have a handful of ongoing pregnancies!
At least a lot of townies moved in, so that's good? The population still grew a bit!

As I said, we're missing the babies / toddlers from this round, but hopefully it'll change next round!

Businesses total: 32
New businesses: 5 (Golf-of-Course, Magazine Mania, Say Cheese Pizzeria, Nooboo World, Oasis Spa)

I'm so happy about these new businesses! I have a lot of ideas, and I can finally make them!

Current town funds: 328.500 simoleons

Our goal is 500.000 simoleons to open a university, so I really hope we can reach this by the end of next round! I'm so excited!

- I don't really have much to say besides the things I've already said, but I'll start building the university slowly! I also need to make a new map, because I don't like any out there lol (I need to reacquaint myself with SC4)
- Also a bunch of the gen 2 kids are turning to elders in the next rotation! Time flies!
