(no ROS, because it's her first round)



Here's her little house! Fortunately she had tons of random stuff in her inventory that I could sell :D
But I spent way too much on the roof XD Why are these pieces that expensive? XD

Okay, so Ava's LTW pretty much decided it. They took out some loan (which I forgot to document), and bought a ballet studio, which is Center Stage by Simper-Fi, redesigned to match my downloads folder! :)

- I reeeeally love the Center Stage lot, so thank you Fi! You saved me some headache which would be building a ballet studio lot :D
- I hope they'll have 3 kids, as Isaac's LTW needs (I'm not sure if there'll be a college to send the kids to, but whatever XD)
- Also, I'm really hoping for business ranks, because they'll have to expand the house, and the roof is rather expensive...
- I always know that there'll be some commotion if Desiree is present! Seriously, this girl XD
