Round 7 - Masterson

Last time:
- Hope grew up to a child
- Emmett made friends
- For my surprise, the Gym managed to step up a rank (the Town Hall was doing great as usual)



Woo, aliens! Too bad, Piper is the victim, so no alien offspring expected :(

Let's start with some new community lots! :D



First: the Cemetery



Which was really hard to take pictures of XD



The Mausoleum (or whatever it called)





I really hope I can squeeze at least pet urns to these tiny holes (or I'll have to change them)



The next lot is a pet themed place: the Paw Park :D



What? Toilets in a community lot? Are you sick, DeeDee XD



I'm really excited to try these pet stories converted thingies that I have in my downloads folder since forever XD



Food for sims and pets. And the transparent Woods house XD



And now: back to the family!



Piper and Wilbur spent the whole day together :3



Emmett: I'm almost an adult! Why do I have to write homework?
That's the last time, dear, I promise! :D



Then he headed off to work (which I totally forgot he has XD)



Then Hope came home happily :D



Later it was Wilbur's birthday! Piper seems a bit confused about it XD



Piper: Hooray, I guess...



At least Hope was excited



And here's our elderly mayor!
I really have to convert more stuff to elders...



Hope also had to write her homework



And Emmett managed to grow some zits, just before his birthday, poor guy XD



The next day started a bit sleepily for Piper
Because they woke up at 4am XD



Sibling bonding, before school :)



Erm, I mean instead of school. Because it was a snowy day!
Poor Emmett wrote his last homework totally unnecessary XD



At least he felt the power in himself XD

Hope: What a boring tale...



It was time to work a bit, so Wilbur visited the Town Hall



Brett Woods was really happy to buy a wedding plaque (maybe that's another sign? Leann, prepare yourself) :3



The poor burnt-haired townie, June is still a thing...



Well, not everyone was excited about buying stuff... For example Darcy (by Poppet)



However, Gerald Banks still works here, restocking stuff



Meanwhile...



Almost, Hope, almost



The family bonding continued

Emmett called in sick because
1) It was the ROS event
2) It was his birthday!

Emmett still lives in his old room, but he'll move out in the end of this round (or not), so there was no point of making it over (yet)

Poor Piper was so sad about her abduction (and she'll have another one)



Time to visit Piper's business, the Power Gym



Caleb (also by Poppet) was eager to enter this lot!



Aww, you're so cute! I can't wait to visit you and see how your and Cailin's little boy look like! :D



Of course, there was a dancing party, and no one used the gym equipments...



Besides Velma. Wow, girl, I didn't expect it from you, go! :D



At home, Wilbur spent his time calmly learning things



Later, it was Hope's birthday! They grow up so fast!



Hope: Woo, I have Libby's food!
(Emmett brought Tyler the creepy townie home from work)



Wow, dear, that was a really successful transition! Pet food and invisible body! XD



Tyler: Oh, I don't want to see this!
Then GO AWAY XD



Well, Hope is now back to her body and orange clothes. She's pretty, and looks totally like Emmett :3

The smustling activities are still going strong



The kids went to the (no) Sunshine Pool, to find some love interests



Its owner, Niko (also by Poppet) seemed to be a bit afraid of the water XD



First try: this garden club lady: no chemistry



Second try: June, the poor burnt-haired townie: two bolts!



They went on a date



Well, Emmett, I don't think this is the best date activity XD
Um, the date was fairly good, but not that much



Meanwhile Hope enjoyed the water - alone



Later, they went to the Birch Park, where Emmett met a fellow resident, Natalie Danielson



Who was flirting with Kailand (by sunnyskysx). Oh, Kailand, you always choose engaged women!



Since Hope has a single bolt with Tristan Woods, she invited him out on a date!



They spent some time punching each other



Then there was some back-rubbing



They got some food, too (Tristan, you're so cute :3)
Finley Sergeant acted as mature as he normally does in the background :P



In the end of their date, they shared a tiny kiss, but nothing else happened



The next day, Wilbur's no luck continued



At least, he's still strong enough to lift his wife!



And to do other things with her



Emmett discovered the wonderful world of books
Emmett: There are so many letters here!



Good morning, Hope
Hope: Why did I wake up so early if today is Sunday?



Mr. Cock guards the flowerbed XD



This day, Piper took another visit to her business
I don't remember when I put these mushrooms here, whatever XD



The reporter guy, Kiefer happily entered

Others, like Marly, the townie, needed some encouragement



Kiefer: Well, I don't know what to say about this business...



That will be enough! Also, the business finally reached Rank 3, yay! :D



A cute new rocker townie, Fynn was thrilled to enter this place :D



Meanwhile Emmett asked June on another date!
And I tried to fix her hair again, but failed (again)



Then this happened :3
Hope approves



The girls started some kid of smustling ritual XD



Then Hope invited Tristan over :3



But Emmett quickly sidetracked her
Maybe he thinks she's too young to go on dates?



Then this happened out of the blue!



Hope: Oh, I love you so much Tristan, you deserve a noogie :P



Aw, you lil cutie! You even have some orange in your clothes, is that a sign?



Wilbur: Hullo, kids!
Oh, wow, are you okay, sir? XD



They went steady! Look at Tristan's face :3



Abduction #2 (I almost forgot it!)



Poor woman! That was the last one, I promise!



And this is the end. The tax refund was: 5000 to the Fire Station and 5000 to the School

- I still don't know if I want to move Emmett out or not...
- But I know that he'll open a sports equipment business next round! And we'll also see if he continues his relationship with June or not (and if I manage to fix her hair finally XD)
- Aw, Hope and Tristan are so cute together! I really hope they'll grow another bolt, and stay in a relationship :3

The picture with Wilbur and the window is the best! I love it when sims do things like that.
Emmett is such a baby-face, I don't think he changed at all since teens. June looks cute and would probably be gorgeous with her hair fixed. Maybe you could finally do that when she's playable.
Have you tried having Hope and Tristan go steady? Sometimes sims grow a bolt when they commit to each other.

Yes, Hope and Tristan went steady, but I forgot to check if they have more bolts that way. We'll see it when the Woods' round is coming up! Thank you for the tip, the whole bolts thing seems a bit random and mysterious to me XD

The bolts are weird all around. That gaining a bolt on going steady/getting engaged/married is only one thing. I also have a couple who have three bolts when together, but two when on separate lots. And another couple who started out with negative chemistry, but when I made one of them flirt with the other they suddenly developed two bolts. I usually just ignore the bolts and go with whomever my sims gravitate to.

Not a cemetary! :( Well, yay, a cemetary because it's gorgeous, but no, because of the Sims' tombstones that will be in it in the next coming of rounds. ;_____;

Can't stop laughing at Wilbur leaning out the window! xD One of the best pictures ever! So excited for Hope and Tristan! They are so cute together. I can picture them in an orange and green house!

Piper looks so smug in the family portrait, but as I said on Tumblr, love Emmett and Hope's matching outfits! Wilbur is a dashing elder!
