Round 4 - Summary

Wow! I hardly believe that one sim year passed so soon! Well, it won't be so much summary on this event, it just worth mentioning :D

The residents:


Masterson:
The Town Hall started to sell more things, like souvenirs and stuff, and was doing great
In contrary, Piper still struggled with increasing her gym's popularity
Emmett grew up from an incredibly cute toddler to a playful child
In the end of the round, Piper gave birth to a bouncing baby girl, Hope


Danielson:
Little Leann grew up well, and became a cheerful little child
Abigail and Davey got engaged, and later she gave birth to their daughter, Berenice
Natalie spent a lot of time with one of her love interests, Niko, and after a while she decided to ask him to move in, that he happily accepted
Both the Fire Station and the Gel & Hairspray were doing well, and Natalie became better in giving makeovers
In the end, Natalie and Niko decided to move out on their own, and they threw a goodby party, which was a fun time


Woods:
The Woods family became vegetarian, due to ROS
They adopted a new cat, Cloud, and soon Artemis gave birth to a kitty, Snowflake. Later, Jared gave the new kitten to Davey Danielson, hoping that she'll find a loving home there
Tristan was super adorable, and grew up to be a clone of his father, meanwhile Brett made new friends
Jared started to sell bland tomatoes and fish in the Fresh Food Mini Market, and they were flying off the shelves
In the end of the round, the cats were trying for more offspring successfully, so they'll expect more kitties


Sergeant:
Emily and Leonard were inseparable
They also arranged a games night, and later a sports party, so they had a lot of fun
Cailin grew up to be a gorgeous teenager, with a fondness for grilled cheese
Emily was still struggling with finding a proper job


Banks:
The Banks family hit the Jackpot (I had no idea about their gambling habits), and they got 250.000 simoleons
Cornelia and Gaston were busy dating (with each other)
The twins Rachel and Gerald grew up well, and took care of their baby sister
Little Aubrey was an adorable toddler until she transitioned to an adorable child
The house got some makovers here and there


Kinsley:
Nemo was busy with his teacher job, and the students enjoyed the school
But he spent some time with his love interest, the former garden club lady, Alyssa
They also got married in the Town Hall later this round, and they make a really cute couple
Unfortunately, Alyssa didn't become pregnant, despite their trying

Griffinmere!

The Town developed a lot during this sim year! I'm so happy to see the improvements and the growth!



And due to the huge amout of donation that the Banks family gave to the town, the bus terminal has been opened! This will cost 50.000 simoleons, and will attract more townies to Griffinmere! (Which means, I'll add townies more frequently)



The bus stops are located next to the most visited areas, like the Birch Park



And the Town Hall :)



A little sneak peak of the newly built Danielson-Novak house, which is located right next to the Danielson house



And an overview of the shopping area, because I really like how it's growing :D



Lastly let's see the map of Griffinmere! Unfortunately, the Bus Terminal and the Power Plant didn't fit in the picture ^^'

- As you can see, the town has plenty of money, which means more community lots! Yay! I have some interesting ideas! :D
- I already made some new townies, using the awesome Lilithpleasant-Pooklet randomizing technique, and I love them!
- I think, that's all, I hope you'll stick around for the next sim year too :D

I really love your neighboorhood! It's so inspiring!! I like the colors and how you arranged all the houses and families. Look at this cute shopping area!
Do you have a list or something like that for things yout want to add? And when do you decide to unlock it? Like the Bus terminals? (can't wait to see the new townies btw. ;D)

It's so nice that everyone has his/her own buisness to run and the thing with the puplic scool? I LOVE it! Now i want to start a new NB. =D

It's amazing how quickly Griffinmere has developed since you've began. The families are beautiful, just like the neighborhood! You truly are dedicated to this project, and I'm inspired!
