Oh, Emmett is a doll! Toddlers are so fun. :) And I love the orange house! Orange is a great colour, and my favourite. ;) With the town hall, you could try selling more legal stuff, like the certificate things that came with Free Time (these), and legal paperwork clutter if you have any. You could try adding in another section to it, like I added a bookstore, but you could do a bank (and sell money? :P) or a gift shop? Is it possible to sell souvenirs on a non-vacation lot? I'm not sure! As for the gym, is there room for the dance sphere? I think that gives body skill and it's fun, so maybe that would help. I also find having prices as cheap instead of average makes customers give more stars. It doesn't give as much money of course, but you can always get the money perks. :)
